Dec 4th 2010, Covington Ky (Radisson Hotel):

USA Collision Centers held our annual Holiday Party and employee appreciation banquet at the Radisson in Covington Ky.

Every year USA Collision Centers awards employees who have served five years or more with our company. Between our five locations we are happy to have over twenty five employees who have been with us for at least five years or more. USA Collision recognizes at our awards banquet those employees who have worked, 5, 10, 15, 20 years for our company.

This year we had two employees who hit milestone anniversaries with USA Collision Centers.

Tina Wene – USA Collision Centers – Corporate Accounting – five years of service

Tom Vetter  - USA Collision Centers – Harrison manager – ten years of service

We also honor two employees as “Employee of the Year”. One employee is from our technical staff and the other is from our administration staff.

This year’s honorees were:

Emily Burnhimer – USA Collision Centers – Price Hill – Employee of the year (Admin)

Rick “Tilt” Dorn – USA Collision Centers – Sycamore – Employee of the year (technical)

Emily has been with USA Collision Centers since January 2009. She has rapidly excelled at her position as office manager of that location and has served as a trainer to new Office managers.

Emily is single and lives in Cheviot with her boyfriend Justin.

Tilt has been with the company since 2003. Tilt leads the quality control department for USA Collision Centers. Some of his responsibilities include being the liaison between USA Collision Centers and BAE Systems a very large client for USA. Tilt also trains every new detailer that USA Collision Centers hires.

The highest award USA Collision Centers gives out every year is our “Annmarie Sanfillipo 110% Award”. The award re-named last year in memory of Annmarie Sanfillipo and the courageous battle she fought against her cancer, honors one individual who goes above and beyond what is asked of them not only at work but in giving back to the community.

This year’s award goes to:

Tom Vetter – USA Collision Centers – Harrison. Tom who worked most of his ten years side by side with Annmarie was the perfect choice for this year’s award. Tom volunteered late last year to be transferred to our struggling Harrison location. Over the course of the past year, Tom has been successful in rebuilding that location. Tom also graciously donated his time to helping at the WCET Ch.48 “Action Auction”, the Leukemia Society’s Light the Night walk and many others.

This year we also honored the employee who referred the most customers to us by giving them an all expense paid vacation to Cancun. This year’s winner was Jill Wilson – USA Collision Centers – Sycamore.
